New Client Intelligence Events

View Client Intelligence activities via the web or mobile app so you always know when your clients need service or support.

Annuity TPA Information

TPA contact details are now shown on 403(b) Flow Annuity policies in the Portal and Mobile App.

Agent Portal Reports New Tools>Reports Menu

A new Reports page under the tools menu was added to help you access all the reporting tools in the Portal. Depending on your profile, you’ll have convenient access to Inforce, New Business, Compensation and Management reports.

Note: These reports are also still available under the relevant navigation menu in the portal.

Quick Commission History (New Commission History Tab)

We’ve added a Commission History Tab to the Policy Details view to make it easier to access the Commission History for a particular policy. The new feature will save you the step of searching for the policy and will return the same 2-years of history that you can also access via the existing Policy Commission History feature.

Note: Commission details are loaded on demand so the page may take a moment to populate information.

Easier Tracking of Scheduled Payments with the Commission Widget 

Updated Homepage Commission Widget

To make it even easier to track your scheduled payments, we’ve updated the Commission widget to include the scheduled pay date for Payable and Pending Commission. You can also click directly into Pending or Payable Commission details by clicking on the calendar card.
