eApp Maintenance and Upgrades

Please remember to clear your browser’s cache.

On August 29, planned maintenance and upgrades took place on the iGo platform. The updates were successful, however please remember to clear your browser’s cache following the upgrade or you may experience slowness and trouble getting to the app.

Follow these instructions to clear your cache:

Chrome:

  • From the “Menu” button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose “More Tools” > “Clear browsing data…“.
  • Press “CTRL” + “Shift” + “Delete” keys in Windows or Linux, or “Command” + “Shift” + “Delete” keys on MacOS.
  • Select “Menu” > “Settings” > “Advanced” > “Clear browsing data…“

Internet Explorer:

  • Close all Internet Explorer windows.
  • Open a new Internet Explorer browser, then click “Tools” > “Internet Options.” (If you don’t see this, press the “Alt” key to show the menu bar.)
  • In the “General” tab, under the Browsing History section, click “Delete.”
  • In the Delete Browsing History window, check the boxes for “Temporary Internet Files,” “Website Files,” “Cookies” and “Website Data.” If you have saved any sites as Favorites, clear the check box for “Preserve Favorites website data.”
  • Click “Delete”.

Microsoft Edge:

  • Click on the “Menu” button situated in the upper right corner.
  • Click on “Settings”.
  • Under “Clear Browsing Data,” click on “Choose What to Clear.”
  • Click on “Clear.”
