What is Jet Settlement
- Accelerated claims review process that is email based
- Applies to death claims up to a total of $100,000 per life
- Does not require original documents
- Applies to all life and annuity policies issued by National Life or LSW
How it works
Death Claim form and Death Certificate are not required if all of following occur
- Email is sent to National Life claims requesting claim
- Examiner can verify death with at least two third party data sources
- Examiner can verify the beneficiary based on information in National Life’s system or the policy
- Examiner may request additional documentation based on the situation
New Simplification for death claims between $101,000 and $500,000 – No More Mailing Documents!
Only a copy of the death certificate is required and may be emailed, the original does not have to be mailed to National Life

- Applies to death claims up to a total of $500,000 per life
Additionally, if needed we will accept copies of the following documents:
- Claimant Statement
- Death Certificate
- Funeral Home Assignments
- Certificate of Trust/Wills
- Divorce decree
- Power of Attorney (POA) appointment
