Annuity Suitability Updates

The following updates are effective August 2.

On August 2nd the following rule changes go live for Annuity Suitability.

  • Suitability is no longer required for 403b/457/Roth 403b/Roth 457 flexible premium-only policies.
  • Suitability is no longer required for 403b/457/Roth 403b/Roth 457 policies where the applicant is less than 55 years old and the transfer is less than $50,000.
